Exodus Chapter 36

    • The Lord has given Bezalel, Oholiab, and the other craftsmen the ability to do anything that is required to build the sanctuary.

    • Moses called Bezalel, Oholiab, and the craftsmen and gave them the materials that he had collected from the Israelites as offerings, which the Israelites were still giving daily. The craftsmen told Moses that they had more than enough materials to complete their work, so Moses sent out a proclamation telling the Israelites to stop bringing in offerings for the sanctuary.

Building the Tabernacle

    • Bezalel and the craftsmen made the tabernacle in accordance with the instructions that the Lord had given them in Exodus Chapter 26- the curtains of fine linen in blue, purple, and scarlet embroidered with cherubim; the goat hair covering for the tabernacle; a covering of dyed skins to go over the goat hair covering; the frame from acacia wood and silver bases; the tabernacle veil; and an embroidered screen for the entrance.
